I would love to Skype with you. I'm very flexible and want
you to know that I'm here to cater to your needs.
What do we chat about?
We will confirm your date and location along with my availability.
I will likely ask you about your love story because I enjoy
hearing about where it all began. I'll ask if you have questions for me,
and we can discuss all the fun details you already have set
and are dreaming of for your day.
Together, we will select any a la carte items that will fit your needs
and I’ll show you glimpses of what you can expect from your finished products.

After the Meet & Greet
Immediately after our meeting in person, via face-time, or over the phone
I will follow up with a confirmation email making sure I have all of the key details
outlined for your personal file.
Once everything is confirmed I will send you your contract
and allow you time to review and ask questions.
Once this is signed and returned
along with your 25% retainer fee (non-refundable),
I will officially be the photographer for your day!
From Booking to Product Delivery: The Timeline
Upon Booking: I will send a questionnaire and contract.
Your contract and 25% retainer fee will be due to secure your date
on MGP’s calendar. We will also schedule your Engagement or Bridal Session.
1 year to 16 weeks prior to your wedding - We will capture your engagement session.
8 weeks prior to your wedding - Your final payment is due.
4 weeks prior to your wedding - The questionnaire is due.
2 weeks prior to your wedding - We will confirm the details on your questionnaire along with any questions you may have.
Your wedding day - I will follow your timeline as the day unfolds.
1 day following your wedding - I will import, back-up files, and store your original files in a fireproof safe until your product is safely delivered to you.
1 week following your wedding - A small sneak peek will be sent your way to enjoy privately.
2-4 months following the wedding - I will share your final gallery with you along with your print release.
If you are local, we can schedule a viewing session where edited images and your album design will be revealed.
At your viewing session, you will have the opportunity to place orders for prints, canvases, and other items that you may be interested in.
Your Engagement Session
This can be scheduled up to a year in advance.
Some couple’s may have a spring wedding, but are craving
fall engagement photos and I’m happy to oblige.
We will choose a location together, and I’ll help you style your shoot to your liking.
This includes help coordinating your outfits, choosing your location,
and planning for the best light during that day. This is a great time to
truly take our time getting to know each other from
behind the lens and to help you as a couple feel comfortable in
front of the camera. Formal or informal, these images will make great
displays for your wedding day and in your home sharing with
loved ones how it all began. They help to craft your story from start to finish.
*Note that travel fees may apply for out of town engagement sessions.
The Option to Opt for a Bridal Session
Are your crunched for time on your big day but still craving those
magazine worthy bridal shots. Let’s take the next morning
to have a bridal session after your big day.
You can exchange this for an engagement session or as an additional a la carte item.
Bridal sessions are a great excuse to slip into that
dress one last time, have a little extra fun, and cozy up for portraits as a couple.
When scheduling this know that we will take our time and
choose a location nearby that’s both picturesque but special for you both.
Timeline Assistance : An Extra Helping Hand
I am here to help you as much as possible to prepare for your big day.
A lot of time and care will also go into your wedding day timeline
to ensure smooth transitions throughout your day.
Many brides have coordinators to help with this experience, which is amazing.
If you don’t have this helping hand I’m more than happy to
offer advice on timeline assistance.
Planning your day out can feel overwhelming and if you are doing this on your own,
without the help of a wedding planner, it may seem
impossible to know where to begin.
I am happy to help you to ensure your day flows smoothly.
