This is one of those special weddings that as I edited each photo I just couldn’t stop smiling. This beautiful couple happens to be dear friends of mine from childhood and I am so grateful and honored they chose me to capture their beautiful wedding day.
Jon and Miranda were married at the stunning Canaan Valley Resort’s Bear Paw Lodge. This is just one of those many hidden gems in WV amongst the rolling hills that takes your breathe away.
So many loving family and friends surrounded Jon and Miranda to celebrate and take part in their big day. Jon’s father, Reverend Marvin Parli, was the officiant for the wedding ceremony. Among other notable sentiments, this couple also had Miranda’s aunt, Rachel Pizano, make their stunning wedding cake. Isn’t it just beautiful?
I have had the privilege of shooting at Canaan before but there is always just an endless amount of gorgeous backdrops to work with, truly a photographer’s dream. I had such an incredible time shooting this wedding and getting to spend the entire day with this wonderful couple.
I was also lucky enough to have an incredible team of ladies at my side so that we could cover every angle and capture both photography and videography for these lovebirds.
