Kailey Rote recently reached out to me needing a few professional portraits she could use for her graduate school, Creighton University's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, that she will be attending this upcoming month.

Although Kailey is a young professional, we wanted to be sure to keep this session fresh, young, and natural for her.

After deciding we would just hold the session in my backyard here in Southern Maryland we ended up getting everything we needed in a short and sweet session with several different beautiful backdrops, and thus backyard minis were born.
